Baked Pesto Kale Chips

Delicious Kale Chips made with our Pest Olive Oil

  • 4 cups kale leaves

    washed, dried and cut into 1/2" pieces

  • 2 Tbsp Pesto Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Blend Seasoning


  • Begin by preheating the oven to 275 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, toss the kale with NOOC Pesto Olive Oil, salt, and
    NOOC Italian Blend Seasoning. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a
    baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake until kale leaves are crisp and golden brown at the edges, approximately 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
