Grilled Mushroom Kabobs

Course: Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp Wild Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fig Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Original Blend Seasoning
  • 8 oz baby portobello mushrooms sliced

Method
 

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine cornmeal, NOOC Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, NOOC Fig Balsamic, and Basik’s Original Blend Seasoning and whisk until well blended
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and toss until coated evenly
  3. Pre-heat the grill to medium heat
  4. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes
  5. Assemble kabobs by threading the marinated mushrooms onto pre-soaked skewers
  6. Grill kabobs on pre-heated grill for approximately 5 minutes per side or until mushrooms are tender and edges are slightly crisp
  7. Serve warm and Enjoy!
