Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • 6 Diced Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Original Blend Seasoning


  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Combine diced sweet potatoes, NOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil, NOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, and NOOC’s Original Blend Seasoning into a gallon sized zip lock bag.
  • Shake the bag mixing the ingredients until you have an even coat.
  • Spread the contents of the bag onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 40 min at 400 degrees
