Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Diced Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Original Blend Seasoning

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine diced sweet potatoes, NOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil, NOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, and NOOC’s Original Blend Seasoning into a gallon sized zip lock bag.
  3. Shake the bag mixing the ingredients until you have an even coat.
  4. Spread the contents of the bag onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 40 min at 400 degrees
