Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- 6 Diced Sweet Potatoes
- 1/4 cup of NOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup of NOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
- 1 tsp of NOOC’s Original Blend Seasoning
- 1)Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- 2)Combine diced sweet potatoes, NOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil, NOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, and NOOC’s Original Blend Seasoning into a gallon sized zip lock bag.
- 3) Shake the bag mixing the ingredients until you have an even coat.
- 4)Spread the contents of the bag onto a greased baking sheet.
- 5)Roast in the oven for 40 min at 400 degrees
