Roasted Sweet Potatoes
  1. 6 Diced Sweet Potatoes
  2. 1/4 cup of NOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil
  3. 1/4 cup of NOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
  4. 1 tsp of NOOC’s Original Blend Seasoning
  1. 1)Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. 2)Combine diced sweet potatoes, NOOC Blood Orange Olive Oil, NOOC Cinnamon Pear Balsamic, and NOOC’s Original Blend Seasoning into a gallon sized zip lock bag.
  3. 3) Shake the bag mixing the ingredients until you have an even coat.
  4. 4)Spread the contents of the bag onto a greased baking sheet.
  5. 5)Roast in the oven for 40 min at 400 degrees
