This perfect pairing brings summer blueberries and tangy sweet lemon together. Lemon pairs perfectly with so many flavors it was hard to choose its match, but we feel summer blueberries just call out for a squeeze of fresh lemon balanced by the sweetness of real balsamic.

This combination will make a beautiful salad with garden greens and herbs, fresh summer berries, mild buffalo mozzarella, and crunchy baby cucumbers. For extra tang use gorgonzola cheese instead of mozzarella.
