Southern Hemisphere Cerasuola – 774 High Polyphenol Olive Oil

This olive oil has 774 ppm polyphenols.  Our fresh crush, southern hemisphere  high polyphenol oil has finally arrived. This oil is an excellent, early- harvest green Cerasuola. It is very well balanced with strong pungency and fruitiness, but medium bitterness.
