Pear Ginger Vinegar displays a wonderful spiced fresh pear sweetness with a peppery fresh ginger finish.  Handmade with an infusion of whole fresh pears and a medley of aromatic spices, this vinegar has a terrific depth of flavor with notes of sweet pear, fresh ginger root, bay leaf, cardamom and all spice. Try this pear infused vinegar over a salad of arugula, fresh pear, crumbled blue cheese and candied walnuts.  Our Spiced Pear Ginger Vinegar is also a fantastic drinking vinegar!  Mix in a rum cocktail or mix with seltzer water for a refreshingly delicious spritzer.
