Spicy Tomato Kasundi Sauce and Ketchup

Spicy Tomato Kasundi Sauce and Ketchup is a smoky spicy sauce infused with a medley of Indian spices.  Tomatoes are slow cooked in a blend of cumin, paprika, turmeric, ginger and chili resulting in a savory sauce with terrific depth of flavor.  A summer barbecue staple, perfect on grilled chicken, steaks and sausages.  A great dipping sauce for samosas and fritters.  Delicious folded through rice quinoa and couscous.  Use as an alternative to ketchup {think of it as ketchup gone global}.  Drizzle on sandwiches, paninis, burgers, fries and potatoes.
