made with a combination of 3 artisan ales produced by NH’s Woodstock Station Brewery, fresh sliced onion and roasted garlic. This sweet sticky savory onion jam finishes with a hoppy kick.

More than just a man jam for a summer grill, this gourmet caramelized onion spread is versatile!  Delicious slathered on burgers and steak and a fantastic condiment for a wrap, panini or grill cheese sandwich.  It sits perfectly with a variety of cheeses from blue cheese to Camembert and is especially delicious with a vintage cheddar.
