Black Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is from Modena, Italy. It is an adaptation of traditional balsamic which is aged in cherry wood barrels. This tantalizing dark vinegar is wonderful drizzled over vegetables, salads, and even fruit. Use with chicken and duck or as a great addition to most basting recipes. Pairs well with: Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
