Wild Cascadian Raspberry Mojito
- 4 - 6 Fresh Raspberries
- 3 Large Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1.5 Oz SOOC Wild Cascadian Wild Raspberry Balsamic
- 2 Oz Rum
- 2 Oz Club Soda
- Ice Cubes and Garnish with Fresh Raspberries or Lemon Slices
- In a shaker, muddle fresh raspberries, mint leaves and SOOC Wild Cascadian Raspberry Balsamic.
- Add in rum and ice cubes. Shake until chilled.
- Pour in glass and top with chilled club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or raspberries.
