Wild Cascadian Raspberry Mojito

Raspberry Dark Balsamic Mojito


  • 4 - 6 Fresh Raspberries
  • 3 Large Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1.5 Oz NOOC Raspberry Balsamic
  • 2 Oz Rum
  • 2 Oz Club Soda
  • Ice Cubes and Garnish with Fresh Raspberries or Lemon Slices


  • In a shaker, muddle fresh raspberries, mint leaves and SOOC Wild Cascadian Raspberry Balsamic.
  • Add in rum and ice cubes. Shake until chilled.
  • Pour in glass and top with chilled club soda.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or raspberries.
